Snagging/Furniture/Window Dressing /Flooring
Based on the furniture solution recommended by the appointed letting agents, furniture packs/rental packs are put together. Because of the bulk buying involved discounts are obtained and passed on.
Furniture: Beds, lounge & dining room suites, pictures, cutlery, crockery, linen etc.
Window dressing: Curtains, blinds, etc
Flooring: Carpets, tiles, wood, etc
Snagging: Using companies like Inspect a Home to ensure the unit is fit for handover.
Management & Letting (M & L)
Once GPS have finalised the agreed fee with the Management & Letting Company the investors are advised and working with GPS will complete the relevant Landlord Lease/Letting agreement.
This gives the M & L Company the power to act on investors behalf. The service includes vetting the prospective tenant and doing the necessary reference checks. If the M & L company is satisfied they will advise GPS & the investor and request permission to accept the tenant and rental income.
